Are you finding yourself worrying excessively about things that might happen and “what if” situations? Are you adjusting to parenthood, a pregnancy loss or the challenges of infertility? Are you considering a major life change, such as a career or relationship change? There are times in life that feel overwhelming and challenging, especially when experiencing a loss or dramatic change. I specialize in anxiety disorders, perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, and adjustments that impact emotional wellbeing. My approach to therapy is strengths-based and solution-focused. We'll work together to create a treatment plan based on your goals, to gain insight into current thoughts and behaviors, to discover and build on existing strengths, and to develop new skills.

Do you notice a change in your child's behavior? Is your child/family going through loss or adjustment? Do you feel like you need extra skills to understand and support your child? Families come to therapy for many different reasons. I specialize in adjustments, parental guidance, behavior changes and anxiety disorders in children and adolescents. Based on your child's age and circumstance, there will be varying levels of parent/family involvement. I often utilize a Family Systems approach, viewing the child in context of their family, and therefore strongly encourage family participation throughout the treatment when appropriate. I am also trained through The Gottman Institute as a Leader for The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work.
